Starting from May 5th, we will be switching to a new reservation system. Booking will become even more convenient for our guests, and more payment options will be available.
The transition won’t cause our guests any major headaches or hassle — existing reservations will be smoothly transferred to the new system. Guests who have already booked will receive a new confirmation email with instructions on how to pay for their accommodation. The message will lead to the so-called Guest App, where you can easily and in real time track your reservation and make changes to it.
The biggest change for our guests concerns our payment and cancellation policies: From now on, 10% of the reservation amount must be paid at the time of booking, and the remaining balance can be paid anytime — but no later than 48 hours before check-in. Payment will no longer be charged automatically, and you’ll be able to choose your preferred payment method — such as the handy MobilePay. Cancellations will be free of charge until 48 hours before check-in, but the 10% paid at booking is non-refundable.

Our group booking processes had also fallen behind the times, and our guests quite understandably expect easy payment options like MobilePay.
