MEETING IN SUOMENLINNA

Hostel Suomenlinna is a functional, affordable, and comfortable choice for meetings, recreational days, camps, or as a venue for private events. Our high-quality and responsibly delivered services have led many organizations and companies to return time and again.

LARGE HALL

The hostel hall is a suitable space for events of up to 40 people. The meeting equipment includes a 65-inch screen where you can easily share content from various devices wirelessly or via HDMI cable. A traditional flip chart with markers and paper is also available.

FIREPLACE ROOM

Just a few hundred metres from the hostel, you can rent separately or together with other services a smaller space for up to 12 people, equipped with a projector screen and projector, a refrigerator, and coffee and water kettles.

In both spaces, meeting guests can freely brew Löfberg's dark roast fair trade organic coffee and Clipper's fair trade organic tea with all accompaniments.

ALL SERVICES IN ONE OFFER

We can customize a package to fit your wishes, whether for a smaller budget or more demanding needs. We can bundle your requests into a single offer that includes the space, meals and accommodation. Sauna in Suomenlinna can also be arranged. Also ask about a programme to complement your event. We collaborate with the entrepreneurs on Suomenlinna and also organise our own programme.

Book the whole house!

You can book just some of the rooms and/or the meeting hall for a few hours or for the whole day, flexibly. Hostel Suomenlinna can also be booked entirely for your private use starting from 1400 € / per day (VAT inc.). Prices are lowest from November to April. The smaller fireplace meeting room can also be added to the full-house booking at a 30% discount. You can find our starting prices in the price list below.
